Holli Polito, Yoga Instructor, LMT, Somatic Coach
Through yoga, Holli discovered just how delicious the movement and flow of energy is for overall wellbeing. The mind-body connection began to intrigue her even more. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.
In March of 2020, she graduated from Somatic Soul Coach School ™, a 500-hour, body-based, neuroscience-backed, life coaching program.
She has taken all she has learned, stirred it all together, and wrapped it in a chrysalis of intuition, compassion, and a yearning desire for healing.

Buti (boo-dee) is a yoga-based movement practice combining traditional asana, plyometrics, primal movement, and cardio sprints for a calorie scorching workout. We focus on deep core engagement, strength training, and flexibility. Its all set to loud music with heavy bass beats. Intention: sweat. Come move with us!!
